FACTS. - Police stopped a vehicle, in which Johnson was a passenger, based on faulty brake lights. The drivers license and registration indicated that the driver was not the owner. The police detained the car occupants further, ran a warrants check, and found outstanding warrants on Johnson. When police returned to place Johnson under arrest, she started to leave the vehicle. Amphetamines were found in her bag.
